Position Overview

We are currently seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) fluent in Spanish to join our Primary Care team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate provider looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, community-focused outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
  • Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling
  • Develop and manage treatment plans, including prescribing medications
  • Refer patients to specialists or other services when appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (APRN)
  • Active New York State NP license
  • Board certification (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
  • Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in primary care
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
