Overview:

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our Care Management team. This role provides clinical supervision, training, and oversight of care managers handling members with mild to complex medical and behavioral health needs. The supervisor ensures quality, compliance, and productivity standards are met while supporting daily operations and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of licensed and unlicensed care managers.
• Provide clinical consultation, review cases, care plans, and assessments.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation quality, and contract compliance.
• Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare/Medicaid regulations and internal protocols.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and address operational needs.
• Participate in interdepartmental and external case coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3+ years in care management or managed care.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

• NYS Registered Nurse (Required).
• Case Management Certification (Preferred).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
• Effective communication and decision-making.
