Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor – Care Management

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to lead our Care Management team. In this vital role, you will oversee and support care managers serving members with a range of medical and behavioral health needs—from mild to complex. You will be responsible for ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, while fostering a high-performing, compassionate team environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care managers.
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance on care plans, assessments, and case reviews.
  • Monitor caseload distribution, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead team meetings, conduct performance evaluations, and support staff training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and internal quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership on policy updates, operational planning, and quality initiatives.
  • Engage in case conferencing and interdisciplinary coordination with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active New York State RN license
  • 3+ years of experience in care management or managed care
  • Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with care coordination best practices

Preferred:

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Case Management Certification (CCM, ACM, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and managed care systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
