We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or a strong interest in pain management to join our collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and assessments to evaluate musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, therapeutic injections, and patient education
- Educate patients on holistic pain management strategies—lifestyle modifications, physical therapy techniques, and non-pharmacologic alternatives
- Prescribe medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and patient-specific needs
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Provide post-operative care for surgical patients as needed
- Evaluate and recommend non-opioid treatment options for patients at risk of dependency
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families through clear, compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active state license and national board certification
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong foundation in pharmacology, pain management principles, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional, empathetic, and team-focused approach to patient care
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $85–$90/hour (commensurate with experience)
