Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing essential mental health support to individuals in need.

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to patients through virtual sessions, offering psychotherapy, counseling, and other behavioral health services. Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health therapy and be able to build strong, trusting relationships with clients while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in behavioral health.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active LCSW or LMSW license in New York State (NYS).
  • Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health counseling, or therapy is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, to better serve our diverse client population.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools is a plus.
