Dialysis Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse ($15,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of skilled nursing professionals. As a Dialysis Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in managing patient care plans, coordinating treatments, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dialysis nursing team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for dialysis patients.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for the dialysis unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of dialysis equipment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
- BSN or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dialysis nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and patient care standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred.
- Experience with EQRS reporting, Anemia Management, Bone Disease Management, NHSN reporting, Quality Assessment Performance Improvement reporting, and Monthly IPRO learning.
