Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments to identify their dietary needs
• Create and implement personalized nutrition plans for better patient outcomes
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to help clients meet their health goals
• Stay updated on the latest nutritional trends and diets
• Educate the public and fellow health professionals through seminars and articles

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a professional Nutritionist or CDE
• Active NYS license/certification
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about patient care and driven to make a difference
