This is a GYN-only role (no obstetrics) designed for Gynecologists who want to combine clinical excellence with leadership.

Position Overview – Chief Gynecologist (GYN Only)

As Chief Gynecologist at Doral Health & Wellness, you will lead clinical operations within Women’s Health while continuing to provide high-quality patient care. This Gynecologist leadership position offers the ideal balance between hands-on clinical practice and strategic oversight.

This is a GYN-only opportunity (no OB responsibilities) where Gynecologists can focus on delivering advanced gynecologic care while building and guiding a high-performing team at Doral Health & Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Procedural Care

As a Gynecologist at Doral Health & Wellness, you will:

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care (GYN-only)
• Perform routine and advanced procedures
• Conduct preventive screenings and diagnostic evaluations
• Manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions
• Interpret diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered education and counseling

Leadership & Department Oversight

As Chief Gynecologist, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Gynecologists and providers
• Drive growth and expansion of Women’s Health services at Doral Health & Wellness
• Establish clinical standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks
• Participate in strategic planning and program development
• Ensure excellence in care delivery across all Gynecologists

Optional Leadership Focus Areas

• Women’s Preventive Health initiatives
• Provider education and CME programs
• Quality improvement and clinical excellence

Qualifications – Chief Gynecologist

• Active New York State medical license
• Board-Certified Gynecologist (required)
• Active DEA registration
• Strong clinical, procedural, and diagnostic expertise as a Gynecologist
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality Women’s Health care
